Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Who we are
Dragonstone Fintech ("DSF", "we", "us") is the payments brand of Dragon Stone Ventures, a South African business. DSF provides merchant-facing payment facilitation services built on payment infrastructure operated by EFT Corporation, a licensed System Operator and Third-Party Payment Provider. DSF is not a bank and does not itself hold a banking licence; regulated payment processing, settlement and licensing sit with EFT Corporation and its partner banks.
2. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit through it. If you become a DSF merchant, the commercial relationship (including pricing, settlement, liability and service levels) is governed by a separate written Merchant Agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
3. Use of the website
- Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice.
- Indicative rates shown on this site are illustrative starting points; the rate that applies to you is the rate in your signed Merchant Agreement.
- You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system connected to it.
4. Merchant onboarding and compliance
Onboarding as a DSF merchant is subject to know-your-business (KYB) and know-your-customer (KYC) verification as required by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and related regulation. We may decline or terminate onboarding at our discretion, including for compliance reasons. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding and design on this site belongs to Dragon Stone Ventures or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
7. Privacy
We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
